Our on-site services are Feng Shui audits for homes and for businesses and their corresponding audit updates. These services require a preliminary interview with the client on premises; the report is delivered during a second interview but can be e-mailed upon client’s request.
Residential Feng Shui Audit
This service provides the Feng Shui assessment of the home where the residents are going through issues including but not limited to:
- Financial Difficulties
- Difficulties at Work
- Relationship and Marriage Problems
- Problems with Children
- Health Issues including patients with asbestos cancer and other illnesses
The Feng Shui analysis is tailored to the specific needs of the client but other general Feng Shui recommendations are included in the report. The report includes, among others, the following subjects:
- Evaluation of property land forms and layout.
- Occupants’ birth charts, auspicious directions, colors and locations.
- Application of Feng Shui formulas to determine the root of the problem(s) stated by the client.
- Summary of adjustments, changes and/or remedies that need to be implemented.
- Recommended date(s) to implement the changes.
- Floor plan with adjustments.

Upon acceptance of the price you will also need to provide the birth data of the occupants with their sleeping location and direction. All information is kept private and confidential.
Commercial Feng Shui Audit
This service provides the Feng Shui assessment of the office, office building or commercial establishment going through difficulties including but not limited to:
- Lack of Sales/Businesses
- Legal Problems
- Employee Relationship Problems
- Evaluation of establishment land forms and layout.
- Key management employees birth charts, auspicious directions, colors and locations.
- Application of Feng Shui formulas to determine the root of the problem(s) stated by the client.
- Application of water theories for wealth and business luck.
- Summary of adjustments, changes and/or remedies that need to be implemented.
- Recommended date(s) to implement the changes.
- Floor plan with adjustments.
The price of the audit varies according to the size and location of the establishment and the number of key management employees; please click on this link to download a template and e-mail it with a copy of the floor plan to contact_us@fsosf.com to get a quote for the service. Upon acceptance of the price you will also need to provide the birth data of the key management employees and their location and sitting direction in the office building. Commercial or Residential Property Design/Blue Print Analysis
If you are building a new home or a new office, let us work with your architect in the design of the floor plan, including the location and direction of the doors, the rooms, the kitchen, the stairs, the pool (if applicable) and other important items, to avoid major feng shui afflictions that would result in future misfortune.
The service is provided by auditing the blue prints of the property and/or providing recommendations while the blue prints are developed by the appropriate professional. The price of the service varies according to the size of the property and the number of occupants.

Feng Shui Audit Update
The energy around us changes every day, every month, every year. Even if we stay in the same place and our tangible environment seems to be the same, the intangible energy around us is different. Feng Shui audits take in consideration the energy flow for a given Chinese year so they must be updated every year to ensure they keep capturing favorable energy.
On the other hand Feng Shui is not just about achieving harmony in one’s living environment; it is about achieving specific goals. Feng Shui audits are developed towards the resolution of specific problems pointed out by the clients and even though they usually include additional general recommendations based on feng shui principles, once the audit report is submitted clients could realize that there are additional real life issues that they would like to address. In those cases the feng shui audit also needs to be updated.
The price of the Feng Shui audit update varies according to the date of the previous audit and the changes that might have taken place in the property or commercial establishment and/or in the life of the occupants or employees since then.
